Every body is at a different stage run their food sensitivity journey - are you exploring what your or your child or your breast fed baby food sensitivities are? - have you already improved your symptoms but feel more exploration is needed - are you ready to move onto food challenges or reintroductions - do you need to check your nutritional balance of your diet? This initial session is aimed to set you up with a pathway going forward.
